Chris Evans gets Zeppelised

Posted by ChrisQ on Oct 31 2007 | General

Chris Evans has just been talking about Robert Plant and the legends that are Led Zeppelin – so I thought I’d Zeppelise him and his Radio 2 website.

Physical Graffiti

Posted by Ian on Oct 31 2007 | General

So, this stencilling thing is very cool indeed. I took a stroll to the bottom of Bristol’s Christmas Steps and accross the road to take a peek at the aforementioned blue Zeppelin that straddles the traffic island….

That’s the one! Nice trainers mate! I walked a little further and found another…

This one is trying to netdisaster a bus! I then crossed over on to Rupert Street and discovered this little beauty…

Brilliant!
Now, I’m not condoning the defacing of public and private property, but…LET’S ALL MAKE STENCILS AND PUT THEM EVERYWHERE! Either Banksy is very fond of the Zep or the Led Zeppelin militia is mobilising and splashing them all over the place…which is awesome. Anybody else seen more of these? Send them to us at emaithezep@gmail.com

nice,

Ian

Let the trashing begin

Posted by ChrisQ on Oct 31 2007 | General

Good news. We’ve finally (with the help of the lovely Denis) got the Led Zep Net Disaster working. So, let the trashing of the net begin!

To get things kicked off, we thought taking down the government would be the best first port of call.

Check it out here or visit NetDisaster.com to do your worst.

Posted by ChrisQ on Oct 30 2007 | General

If Led Zeppelin are taking over the world, and Led Zep have been taken over by Lego, does that make Lego bigger than Led Zep???

mmmm, I’m not sure . . . answers on the back of a postcard please . . .

More stencils

Posted by admin on Oct 29 2007 | General

Thanks to Pete who sent me these LZ stencils that he’s been involved with around the streets of London- on top of the one I’d seen in Bristol last week- if you see any, share them here with us…

Mothership flies on the streets of Bristol

In stencil form at least…

Led Zepplin Stencil

Though the artist remains anonymous, the message is universal…she’s on her way! This can be found at the pedestrian crossing on Lewins Mead, at the bottom of Christmas Steps.
